They are now looking to bring on a Business Development Executive to develop, build and increase their sales revenue and take the business to the next level. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for developing new net business, create a sales process within the company, develop and build a strong sales pipeline as well as work with marketing to build the brand and generate leads. The role will involve working with proposals, qualifying sales, arranging meetings and closing sales. The role will involve working with and through government contracts and also finding funding partners for a number of projects that they are currently working on. The market focus on this role is open with our client working within the technology, financial, public sector, travel, manufacturing, HR, bio tech just to name a few. This is a solution focused role where the Business Development Executive will understand the challenges and the situation within their prospects to support their sales pipeline, understand where the prospects are in the sales process, build a solid relationship with prospects and not just make cold calls, develop trust and integrity with their prospects and clients. The role will also deal with going out to see clients and conduct face to face sales. They are now looking to take on a hungry, committed and well driven Internal Sales Executive who will be responsible for driving new business through difference methods in order to sustain the company’s financial growth strategy. The Internal Sales Executive will be responsible for hunting down new business, developing and sustaining successful relationships with prospective customers with the end goal of becoming long term committed clients. My client is well known within the industry and so prospective calls will be warm and the Internal Sales Executive will also be given a large internal database of contacts to go after, cleanse and to transfer them into committed clients. This is a proactive internal telephone based sales role where the Internal Sales Executive will be expected to manage their own sales desk, proactively call out to prospective customers, generate quotes and on the odd occasion take incoming calls. This is a B2B role where the successful Internal Sales Executive will be selling to Dealers, Consultants, Distributors, Architects, System Integrators, and Value Added Resellers who is turn would resell the product onto their own customers. The target for this role is £400K for the first year. The Successful candidate will be self-motivated, driven to succeed, not be afraid to pick up the phone, able to organise and manage their own sales desk in an efficient manner and be willing to go the extra mile with commitment. They are now in the process of expanding their Public Sector sales team with a core focus within Regional Government. The Sales Executive will be selling to allocated new Regional Government accounts throughout the north east, forging relationships at high levels and multiple level contacts in order to understand the end users critical issues. The solutions to be proposed range from desk top managed annuity services through to complete Enterprise level solutions such as Cloud Services and Data Centres. The Sales Executive will be responsible for offering end users real cost savings, increased efficiencies with a clear return on investment. In addition to extensive pre-sales support, the Sales Executive will be provided with full in-depth consultancy support together with Bid Management backing in order to concentrate on winning new business and developing on-going business relationships and account development. As a company with a rich track record of delivering flexible and cost effective managed services to both private and public sector clients; my client is now looking for an already successful consultant who wants to be part of a vibrant and progressive business. The Sales Executive will develop a profitable revenue and margin stream from new and existing accounts through proactive sales of IT solutions and services. The Sales Executive will develop Pipeline activities to develop target prospects through the provision of quotations and Bid response documentation and strong territory management, conduct the management of direct reports providing an operational escalation point and have provision of management information to Line Managers together with providing quotes and Bid response documentation. They now have an opening for an Inside Sales Representative who will be responsible to generate opportunities from leads generated from marketing, be the primary point of contact to the lead generation team, build revenue with partners and field sales within territory, partner with my clients marketing and engineering teams to drive revenue growth within the region and carry quarterly and annual revenue targets. The successful candidate will have experience with channel sales in networking or security sector, experience of building business with partners from an inside position and bring experience with outbound sales from an inside position.
