Internal Account Manager/ Business Development Manager (Nordics Territory) – Network Security Software Solutions.

Our client is a global leader in Threat Detection and Protection while being an anti-crimeware solutions provider. My client empowers businesses and consumers to leverage the power of technology while protecting their most critical assets. Their Network Security Software Solution is used by some of the most sophisticated buyers of security technology in the world, and its customers range from the fortune 100 to everyday consumers worldwide. They are looking to develop their security offering within the market space and so are currently on the look out for an Internal Account Manager/ Business Development Manager. The role will be split into 70% new business and 30% renewals/ up selling, with 50% being focused on direct end user sales whilst the other 50% being focused on penetrating their solution through Value Added Resellers. The Internal Account Manager/ Business Development Manager will be expected to manage all stages of the sales cycle: Pipeline management, forecasting, prospecting, sales account management, negotiations and closing, develop a unique follow-up methodology to ensure consistent and ongoing coverage of account or territory assignments based on understanding sales opportunities, generate new sales opportunities and relationships with Channel partners and establish a strong, trust-based working relationship with key partners. The role will be based on Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) ensuring daily metrics are achieved such as calls, demos, trials and opportunities booked, with the ability to accurately forecast and consistently achieve monthly quota. The Internal Account Manager/ Business Development Manager will also maintain a positive, professional 'total customer service' attitude and demonstrate the company's Core Values. The successful candidate will have 2-3 Years sales experience, be passionate hard working individual, who is organized, structured who can drive new business via a qualified customer list, be Tech Savy, have a Proven track record of consistently achieving and accurate forecasting, and have excellent verbal and written communication skills. They have an opportunity for a Graduate/ Junior Account Manager to manage a portfolio of existing accounts, sourcing of new clients and progressing new and existing opportunities throughout the entire sales cycle. My client has firmly established themselves as a leading supplier of IT security solutions to UK organisations. Due to the company’s planned growth, an opportunity has now arisen for a Sales Manager to join their team. The Sales Manager will be responsible to aid in the continued expansion of the companies client base, to aid the Sales Team to increase the already healthy profitability margins and pipeline as well as assisting in the teams development and growth. The Sales Manager will also have the responsibility for supporting the day-to-day operations of the Sales Team, and playing a key part in ensuring that the team hit & exceed the gross profit targets with personal input, as well as set, monitor and measure the teams KPI’s and establish and maintain good vendor relations together with undertaking new vendor acquisition and reduction decisions. The Sales manager will also have an input in the Sales strategy and assist in identifying new areas for growth, as well as maintaining a consistent management approach when the Managing Director is out of the office.
