My client is a well known player within the Business Analytics market space. As a result they now have a set of propositions that have been created to allow graduates sales professionals to learn all aspects of my clients Business Analytics Business whilst creating significant revenue for the company and additionally creating a pool of prospects to be developed by senior members of the sales team. The Junior Graduate Sales Executive can be expected to be put on a program which encompasses training, the provision of a warm prospect list from marketing campaigns and products, benefit and objection handling summaries for all propositions. The successful Junior Graduate Sales Executive will be exposed to a rapid career progression to product responsibility and people management at an early stage which will be followed by a promotion to senior sales/ account management positions. Working as part of the Account Retention and Development team, the Junior Graduate Sales Executive can be expected to follow sales training, learn and understand the products and services of my clients BA Business offering, and be responsible for their initial sales of: training, software, support services and consultancy under the direction and guidance of a product/ services manager in these areas. A warm list of pre qualified contacts will also be available to the Junior Graduate Sales Executive which will be appropriate to each proposition along with a call sheet summarising details of the products/ services; its features and benefits as well as customer objection handling. The Junior Graduate Sales Executive will be expected to record all contact details on my clients Contact Management System and provide regular reports on number of calls and results of conversions including sales, opportunities identified. This is a fantastic opportunity and the Junior Graduate Sales Executive should have a competitive (sports) self starter attitude, be personable, stand up for themselves, have efficient social skills, and have - excellent people skills on the telephone and in person. The Junior Graduate Sales Executive will also have excellent administrative and written skills with attention to detail for contact management email, letters and preparing quotations, possess a willingness to learn a road range of products and services, and have the desire to establish and develop customer relationships and drive sales.
