My client is a one of the largest technology services providers within the UK. They are now looking for a Bid Manager to come on board to prepare winning bids and worth through the entire bidding life cycle during the end to end bidding process. The Bid Manager will be required to create bidding strategies in order to develop winning themes and work with a number of contributing departments such as Sales, Marketing, Product Teams, Finance just to name a few. The Bid Manager will also be preparing and reviewing the commercial aspects of the bid, ensuring all services are included in the final price to the customer, undertaking risk tracking and management throughout the bid process as well as contributing to the written proposal – both in terms of content and presentation. Ensuring a timely delivery of compliant and commercially sound bids together with the ability to understand and resolve complex technical, strategic and business issues are key attributes to the positions. The successful candidate will have a proven capability in delivering winning, multi-million pound product or complex services opportunities, ideally be from a solutions and services background, have experience of bid campaign management from opportunity identification through to project delivery and experience in driving win strategies, commercial discussions and solution delivery with a solid understanding and management of internal governance procedures and the ability to manage complex, multi-work steam opportunities.This is a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate to work with one of Europe’s largest technology provider.

Channel Executive – Email & File Encryption Security Solutions

My client is a leading provider of email and file encryption security solutions to the to the UK market space. Due to expansion and growth they are now looking to recruit a Channel Executive in order to sustain and grow their channel presence within the UK. The Channel Executive will be responsible for engaging with current partners and working with them in order to maximise business opportunity. The Channel Executive will be responsible for building relationships with current partners, organising call out days, going through deal registrations as well as recruiting and bringing new partners on-board. The Channel Executive will work closely with partners to draw up business plans, review business plans with partners in order to make sure targets and strategic objectives are being achieved. The Channel Executive will work with other divisions of the business such as business development managers and account managers in order share knowledge and be expected to be out at client sites around 3 days a week. As part of their growth strategy they are now looking to bring on-board a Business Development Manager in order to grow opportunities and maximise business growth. The Business Development Manager will be allocated a region as well as a specific sector such as the legal or financial services sector and will be responsible to generate new business from the portfolio of solutions that my client offers through their SaaS subscription based licensing model and increase growth within their allocated sector and region. The Business Development Manager will develop strategic relationships with their clients and prospects and advise and consult ways in which the solutions offered could meet their requirements. The Business Development Manager will work with other divisions of the business such as channel managers in order to develop leads and be expected to be out at client sites around 3 days a week. The target set for the Business Development Manager is £435K per annum with an average order value of around the £40K to £80K mark. The Business Development Manager will be expected to meet and exceed agreed performance objectives and achieve sales targets set by their peers. The successful candidate will be a go-getter who can demonstrate the ability to negotiate at all levels and be able to work under pressure with the drive and willingness to succeed. Having more than doubled their revenue within the last two years they are now looking for an exceptional Senior Business Development Manager to continue the company’s recent rapid growth. My client is embarking on a recruitment program to identify a Senior Business Development Manager with a proven track record of sales within the Insurance and Banking sector. In addition to the opportunity to extend the Analytics revenue from clients, the Senior Business Development Manager will have the opportunity to sell/introduce ERP, Planning & Consolidations, CRM and HCM in the right customers and contacts and/or to bring in experienced colleagues to support sales within these areas. The Senior Business Development Manager will be expected to own and creating a sector plan which identifies how they expect to achieve the annual target from the Insurance and Banking sector, covering markets, companies, products, individual targets and more importantly how to build long term relationships with clients by proposing, qualifying and agreeing strategic roadmaps. Targets are set at £2 Million per annum with an average order value of £250K.
