My client is a southern based Value Added Reseller and as part of their expansion within their licensing department, they are now looking for a Software Licensing Support professional. The Software Licensing Support professional will be taken on in order to continue business growth, increase their product mix, enhance renewals business and improve customer experience both internally and externally. The successful candidate will have the ability to work in a flexible manner and support the licensing team to reach these goals. The position will involve working directly with the (current) Licensing Team and our Sales Team dealing with basic quote requests, order processing, customer enquiries and general admin. To be successful in this position a candidate would have to demonstrate good customer interaction skills, be hungry to grow and develop, be willing and eager to learn, possess excellent communications skills and be well-spoken with good telephone manner. The successful candidate will also be enthusiastic with a flexible approach to work, methodical and process driven, able to work on own initiative and as part of a team and possess basic IT knowledge. A “Can do” attitude is a must. Knowledge of the IT industry is preferred, but not essential as my client will arrange the relevant training required to help the individual learn about software licensing and sales.

Our client is a recognised player within Value Added Reseller market space and have expanded specialised divisions internally in order to maximise on customer expectations. They have an Software Licensing Division which is currently on the lookout for a Software Licensing Specialist. The Software Licensing Specialist will have the ability to work in a flexible manner, supporting the account and licensing team to reach these goals. The role would be working directly with the Sales Team, customers and the licensing. The main responsibilities would be dealing with customer quote requests, order processing, customer enquiries, business development activity (internal & external) and general admin. To be successful in this position a candidate would have to demonstrate good customer interaction skills, be looking to grow and develop, be willing and eager to learn, possess excellent communications skills and be well-spoken with good telephone manner. Sales Support Executive - Managed Services

My client is a Managed Services provider based in the South. They are now looking to bring on a Senior Sales Support Executive. The Senior Sales Support Executive will be responsible for liaising with Business Development Managers and Account Managers to provide them with administrative support including placing orders and quotes, re- typing invoices, creating Proforma invoices, sourcing parts, providing daily back order reports, speaking directly with customers to resolve customer service and account queries. The Senior Sales Support Executive will also be responsible for conducting daily administrative tasks such as sorting and processing ingoing and outgoing post, ordering stationery and catering supplies, monitoring staff sickness and holidays. The Senior Sales Support Executive will also be responsible for qualifying and aligning accounts to sales representatives and distributing Purchase Orders to Business Development Managers and Account Managers alike. The Senior Sales Support Executive will also liaising with vendors to ensure the smooth transition of products and services and also conduct reception duties such as meeting and greeting visitors as and when they come into the office.

My client operates within the Internet Security market space and as a result of pure growth; they are now looking to take on an Internal Sales Executive. The Internal Sales Executive will be responsible for creating qualified opportunities through outbound calling, qualify and convert incoming leads, work closely with channel partners in lead generation activities, prospect at C-level, VP and Director levels and profile and penetrate Key Accounts. The Internal Sales Executive will also set-up qualified prospect appointments for Sales, maintain contact with leads on a regular basis, effectively articulate the value my clients solution can bring to both technical and non-technical buyers, create new incremental opportunities from existing customers and manage and document the details of the sales cycle in Salesforce.com and other tools. The successful candidate would have worked in a fast paced, metrics-driven Sales environment with a demonstrable track record of exceeding targets, understand the importance of IT to organisations, have outbound calling experience in a corporate environment, have software sales experience desirable even though Personality and Attitude is the most important. The successful candidate will also have experience of working with channel partners/resellers ideally, flexible to travel, professional telephone manner with strong communication skills (both written and verbal) and have the ability to multitask and manage priorities with the flexibility to work in a cross-functional team and as an individual. Fluency in English is a prerequisite, knowledge of the local language and a University degree in a business subject or relevant experience will also be a bonus. The ability to use Microsoft Office and Salesforce.com is also desirable. My client provides exceptional career progression.
