My client is a leading Audio-Visual providers within the UK, selling custom designed Audio Visual solutions into both the public and private sectors. With an increase of over 40% to their annual growth last year, they are now looking to bring on a Business Development Manager to not only sustain but to increase that annual growth value. The Business Development Manager will be expected to concentrate on winning new business via selling directly to end users and managing some existing large value accounts headquartered in the Southern area. The position is field based and so the Business Development Manager will be home/office based with travel throughout the sales territory and possible nights away as required. The Business Development Manager will be fully self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed as their performance will be monitored against a set of business KPI’s including minimum call rates and forward pipeline sales value as well as order intake and invoiced out sales. The Business Development Manager will be set a target of £200,000 gross margin within the first year and will have technical pre-sales support provided by the Projects team to ensure that Tenders, RFP’s and quotations are technically validated and fit for purpose. Sales support and mentoring will be provided by the Sales Director who will be actively engaged with major accounts and large opportunities to ensure peer to peer contact and board level support where required. The successful candidate will have a background of dealing at C-Level management as well as associated presentation and account management skills and have gravitas within the Audio Visual industry. An understanding and detailed knowledge of audio-visual technologies is a must, with particular emphasis on video conferencing, digital signage, projection systems and IT integration. The successful candidate must also have a full driving license preferably clean. Account Manager/ New Business – Infrastructure Services

Our client is a provider of Infrastructure Managed Services located within the South of England (London). As part of their growth strategy they are looking for a driven, enthusiastic and self-sufficient Account Manager/ New Business professional. The Account Manager/ New Business professional will be responsible for building a strong pipeline of opportunities and generating new business through a combination of cold calling, social media as well as their existing network. The Account Manager/ New Business professional will develop relationships with new and existing clients in understanding their infrastructure requirements, their current pain points with their existing infrastructure manage services contract/ provider as well as their time and budgetary requirements. Where possible with existing clients, the Account Manager/ New Business professional will be responsible for upselling and cross selling additional products and services into their client accounts. The typical order value will range from £5K to £50K+ with up to 50% margin, with a sales cycle of between 1 to 12 months plus depending on the prospect and the value of the deal. The commission will be paid monthly and would be based on the profit generated from the accounts managed by the Account Manager/ New Business professional on a monthly basis. The successful candidate will have exceptional rapport and relationship building skills, will be persistent, fast thinking and adaptable with strong time management and organisational skills. An excellent telephone manner, with the capability to take on multi tasks and keep all admin obligations on par balanced with encompassing a high attention to detail will be key. Knowledge of both Outlook and Microsoft Office applications will be desirable. The Sales Executives will be responsible for building and managing their pipeline of customers from the initial first contact to completion of the sales process through both inbound and outbound channels with a strong focus on outbound calling. The Sales Executives will grow, manage and take ownership of their own sales pipeline, will be conducting high outbound calling on a daily basis, and will be responsible for capturing and facilitating customer needs. The Sales Executives will process and supply quotations to potential customers, follow up all leads allocated in a timely manner, work closely with both the marketing and sales team to capitalise on marketing activity leads and manage communication with clients whilst keeping the CRM updated on all activities conducted. My client is now looking for a Consumer Sales Manager to handle all channels designed to sell their branded cyber security solution to home users. This will includes retail operations, e-commerce operations, ESD products and OEM based routes to market. The Consumer Sales Manager will be responsible to manage and maintain the consumer sales in the UK with the goal of long-term growth and profitability; drive the strategic development of the consumer business; provide regular feedback to the Business Development Manager; work closely together with corporate sales, marketing, business development, finance and customer service functions. The Consumer Sales Manager will also be tasked with building sales online through Amazon, eBay, eBuyer, other online e-tailers, engage with physical retail - High-street (Staples, Matalan, Dixons, Game etc), work with Home/ Office online team to improve sales conversions through our clients online presence, work with marketing to improve trial generation, conversions and licence renewals, be closely involved in Customer Lifecycle Management projects run in conjunction with the head office and contribute to the development and refining of the UK consumer sales strategy. The successful candidate will also have • 5+ years of experience in e-tail and a clear understanding of online marketing, a good understanding of Amazon vendor central and Amazon business practices, experience with advanced web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Sitecatalyst, etc.), be able to manipulate data in Excel (or a comparative software) to determine trends and create reports to advise management of outcomes and be familiar with the concept and process of A/B testing and campaign optimisation. The successful candidate will also have a clear understanding of routes to business and have a familiarity with online advertising, SEO, site design, email marketing and customer online experience/usability are welcome. Desirables for the successful candidate would be to have knowledge of the security software market and its product will be an advantage, previous experience of building and running a CLM project, contacts with within major B2C e-tail departments handling computer software and experience with online sales of computer software on Amazon.
