Our Client is a eading Pan European organisation is looking to recruit a Sales Manager to support Cyber and ICT sales for Government, Defence and Enterprise in the UK and Overseas. To be successful, the Sales Manager will need to be a dynamic and driven experienced sales manager who can deliver their ambitious growth targets. The Sales Manager will also be required to develop, own and deliver key bids working across functional disciplines and particularly closely with the operations team and Head of Sales. Working across the defence, security, government and CNI markets to deliver exacting order intake targets. The Sales Manager will also be responsible to target midsize and larger opportunities (from £1M to £30M) either working directly with the end customer, into other primes or within consortiums. With an absolute focus on winning the Sales Manager will be expected to develop and recommend strategies to maximise their return on investment. Ability to work across the company to understand and promote their wider capabilities is also essential. The successful candidate will have demonstrable experience of exploiting and developing new sales opportunities within the Cyber and ICT markets and a track record in closing £1M to £5M deals. Our client is a leading Video Conferencing/ Audio-Visual solutions providers within the UK. They are now looking to take on a Business Development Manager who will be responsible for driving new business through difference methods in order to sustain the company’s financial growth strategy. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for developing and sustaining successful relationships with a number of external partners in order to sustain control of the overall deal. These partners will include Dealers, Consultants, Distributors, Architects, System Integrators, Resellers and the rental market. The Business Development Managers focus will be end users sales whereby they will support end users in specifying, assisting and finding a solution in line with the end users requirements and then use their external partnerships in order to pull the deal through to a successful closure. The Business Development Manager will also be responsible for the management of their accounts, making sure their end user accounts are kept satisfied and looked after and be able to spot upselling and cross selling opportunities. The Business Development Manager will be given a target of £500K revenue per annum, with a typical average order value of £35K and a sales cycles ranging from a few weeks up to 12+ months depending on the size and nature of the deal. The Successful candidate will be self-motivated, able to organise their own diary and time in an efficient manner and be willing to go the extra mile with commitment.
